On the sea is another good way to propose during a cruise. While every one is is having dinner you make that sudden move to your other half unexpectedly.You call for a bottle of champayne and have who ever serves you, pour the drink and drop the ring into her glass at the same time,just before you propose.For sure this would be the talk of the nite.Its a nice plan.
